More walks helped I think. I am still having a hard time writing the points down. This is a struggle. I got "lucky" this week. But I have to get honest and shoot for a better journal of the points.

2lbs is good, even if it feels like luck. Activity definitely makes a difference - it's an area I really need to tackle properly
Congratulations on getting rid of the 2 lbs. Consuming less calories/points than you utilize through walks/daily life/etc. is more important than record keeping (which is useful, but not critical, to accomplish your goal.)
